In the midst of the economic downturn of 2008, the Estate had been placed in provisional liquidation and the team was tasked with more than 260 pieces of vacant developer sites.
Smith’s agents traded as Cotswold Downs Real Estate and whilst other accredited agencies had only sold a handful of developer plots, in the preceding six months, Smiths first month on board saw them sell more than 30 sites in the first two months. Their 3-year sales target was achieved 13 months ahead of schedule. Smiths are proud of this remarkable achievement and to have contributed to the success of this magnificent estate.
