As of 1st April 2021, Plantations Estate will be rolling out their "agent registration" program for the estate. Agent accreditation is a great way to ensure that future and current residents of the estate are given the information they require and are assisted correctly when moving in and out. Agents work closely with the Home Owners Association to make sure they can answer all your questions and will get the answers quickly should you require something unique outside of the estate rules.
Smiths Property Group has an office located at the entrance of the estate with an accredited team to assist you with sales and rentals. With Janet Robertson and Cecilia Naude who have worked within the estate since its inception, very few people know the estate as well as these two lovely ladies. New to the duo's team is Mitchell Harrison who has grown up with many residents in the estate and from many years of visiting the estate, he also has in-depth knowledge of the estate.
